  • Held in nature when possible (trail, shore, park) or online

  • Tailored to your goals, fitness level, and interests

  • In-person support or virtual guidance available

  • Activities can be exploratory, structured, or a mix of both

Pandora does such a great job helping to redirect and recenter me during the hard discussions or emotional topics. She is very intuitive and gives plenty of space and time to really reflect on goals, potential barriers, and action items. I feel so safe with her, I cannot help but to open up and be completely honest with myself.
