My Journey

With 18 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, and a lifelong dedication to understanding the human body, mind, and heart, I bring a holistic approach to coaching that honors the whole person.

As a Physical Therapist, I have spent decades supporting clients in their physical healing. Over time, my practice naturally expanded to encompass the emotional, cognitive, and energetic realms of wellness. Through my own personal healing journey, I have come to deeply appreciate the interconnectedness of these dimensions. This understanding inspired me to create a space where I can support clients in their wholeness—a space I found in coaching.

Raised by parents and grandparents who were naturalists, I grew up immersed in the wonders of the natural world. This upbringing instilled in me a profound appreciation for nature and the bodies we inhabit. We thrive when we are in alignment—with nature and with ourselves.

Certified as a Health and Life Coach, I integrate my extensive background with my own personal healing journey into a coaching approach that is both compassionate and transformative.

"I believe every person deserves to live fully, to express their highest potential, and to align with the truth of their heart. When we fall out of this alignment—whether due to illness, injury, societal pressures, life’s demands—it can lead to imbalances within us. These imbalances can manifest as physical, emotional, cognitive, or energetic discord, pulling us away from our natural state of health and vitality. This is where coaching can help.

Through our work together, I guide clients to uncover what holds them back, to transform fear into empowerment, and to reconnect with themselves, in their wholeness and wellness. My approach incorporates tools and insights to help you realign with your heart, health, and innate wisdom."

My Story

I have called Bellingham home since 2010, after growing up with East Coast roots. My life is full of energy, shared with my 11-year-old son, housemates, a rotating cast of Airbnb guests and Couchsurfers, two affectionate cats, and the trash pandas. Each of them adds a unique charm to our daily lives. I’m passionate about creating delicious, nourishing food, gardening, and constantly learning—especially when it comes to coaching, physical therapy, heart-centered parenting, neurodivergence, and improving my human-relating skills. When I'm not exploring new ways to grow, you’ll find me on the move. My happy place is out in nature, whether I’m biking, trail running, hiking, swimming, backpacking, or paddleboarding, as well as practicing Muay Thai. I’m always excited to discover what my next passion might be! More than anything, my heart’s desire is to positively impact the lives of those I cross paths with, whether in small or significant ways.

I am dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Whether you identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, a highly sensitive person, a trauma survivor, or come from historically oppressed communities, my practice honors your unique experiences and supports your growth. With a trauma-sensitive, compassionate approach, I aim to create an environment where all individuals are treated with dignity, respect, and understanding, empowering you to thrive and achieve your aspirations.

Land Acknowledgement

My practice is located on the unceded ancestral lands of the Lummi Nation, Nooksack Nation, Samish Nation, and other Coast Salish peoples. I honor their enduring connection to this land, its waters, and its resources, and I recognize their sovereignty and resilience.

“Self-care is not selfish. It’s what allows you to give more generously.

Rewilding & Realignment

Human rewilding is central to my practice—a journey of discovery that connects us with nature and our natural rhythms. By embracing simple, intentional practices, like mindful walks in nature or morning sunlight exposure, we nurture our connection to the wild and restore harmony within ourselves.

Together, we turn challenges into opportunities for growth, helping you rediscover your true nature and step into the fullest expression of yourself.
